PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
All of our fossils, minerals and dinosaurs are sold as is. Each piece is unique and beautifully imperfect. There are no refunds or exchanges available. If, for some reason one of our pieces gets damaged or broken after you buy it, we will first try and repair the piece at no charge. If the damages are difficult to repair we will have to charge a restoration fee. Each case will be different but we will always give you a quote before starting the work. If the restoration work needs to be done in your home, for example a larger specimen gets damaged, you will be responsible for our travel expenses in addition to the restoration fee.
For general merchandise (toys, clothing) we will allow a 7-day straight exchange policy provided that the damages were the fault of the manufacturer.
**We do not offer returns or refunds on other physical products**
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be exchanged; unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Online Exchanges:
We will allow 7 days for exchanges on online purchases.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kalene@dinolabinc.com and send your item to: 43/45 Erie Street, Victoria BC V8Z1P8 Canada.
Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 43/45 Erie Street, Victoria BC V8Z1P8 Canada.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
