We love celebrations over here! (We have them everyday when we're working on our fossils!) So now we're opening up our lab to help celebrate you, or a loved one's, special day with our exclusive Prehistoric Party Package. We do parties for all ages. Birthdays, Staff parties, Stagettes...Dinosaurs are always looking for an excuse to party!
Come on a guided personal tour of our fossil gallery where you will see dinosaurs, stunning fossil specimens, meteorites, fluorescent minerals and rocks, an ice age room and many other one of a kind pieces of our prehistoric history.
You will be given the opportunity to learn about
and even touch actual dinosaur bones!

After your visit of the fossil gallery, you will get to tour behind the scenes in our world renowned fossil prep lab. Come see how our skilled staff have prepared specimens that now sit in museums and galleries all over the world.
Finish off your behind-the-scenes dinosaur experience by doing some hands on fossil restoration yourself using the same pneumatic tools and equipment that the experts use.

- Includes tables and chairs for eating, a table to place food and gifts, waste disposal bins (compost, recycling, garbage) an adjoining bathroom.
- Please note that we do not provide the food and refreshments but can store the cake and food in our staff fridge prior to your party.
- As the room is already decorated in a prehistoric theme with birthday banners, we don't allow any other decorations to be pinned or taped to the walls. You may bring table cloths, table toppers and balloons as long as the balloons are affixed to a balloon weight. (We have a couple on hand if needed.)

-Carefully curated, dinosaur themed goody bags will have all the kids excited, while allowing you to check one more party task off of your list. Give us a call to request goody bags at $10.00 per child for your birthday celebration.

-Take all of the stress out of your party by arriving in a room already fully decorated, set up with plates, cutlery and napkins as well as a pin the tail on the dinosaur game. Ensure peace of mind with this $45.00 package
How long is it? 2.5 Hours
The TOUR is 90 minutes, you THEN have the hour following that in our party room.
2.5 hours total including 60 minutes in the birthday party room.
Please give yourselves about 15 minutes at the end of the hour to tidy up the room and dispose of all of your garbage and recycling.
How many people?
10 children maximum, plus 2, hands-on, adult chaperones.

For ages 4-7 years old
There must be one adult for every 5 children. If the children are between 4-7 years there will need to be two adults in your party.
For ages 8 years old +
One adult must accompany the group, but we highly recommend two. Our staff aren’t able to supervise or assist with watching the children as their priority is hosting an amazing tour and teaching you all about dinosaurs.
Please note that children 3 years and younger are not able to participate in the prep lab, If you need to bring a child who is 3 years old or younger, like a sibling, then they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. They will have to wait in the birthday party room, or the gift shop while the others do the prep portion of the party. This would mean another adult supervisor would have to be in the prep lab with the group.
**A lot of thought and experience has gone into determining our size limitations. Things including space constraints, safety and quality of information that can be given while still holding the interest of multiple children. Our group size for parties is non negotiable and we will not tolerate abusive treatment or language towards our staff about the matter. . If this kind of behaviour occurs we will cancel the booking.
