Large Mosasaur teeth on rock

A large mosasaur tooth from the Kem Kem formation of Morocco. Each unique tooth is approximately 2 inches or larger, with slight deviations in colour, exact shape and texture. Minor cracks may be present on tooth, and there may be some minor restoration. Each tooth is still partially embedded in the matrix.

Mosasaurs are a marine reptile in the Squamate order that lived during the Late Cretaceous. Estimates put them up to 56 feet in length! These predators would have been at the top of the marine food chain.
